Length of hair for photo of donor area?
If taking photos of the donor area for evaluation by a hair transplant doc i.e. to determine if there is adequate area and density within the donor area to allow transplantation, should the hair of the donor area be buzzed (if so, to what number), or grown out (if so what length)?
Thanks.

Thanks.
It is better to judge the state of the donor hair if the hair is grown out. A buzz cut makes it very difficult, i.e virtual guesswork!
