36 year old male with a class IV pattern hairloss. He had 2 session 1 year apart. 1st session we did 2,438 grafts and then a second session of 2,232 grafts 1 year later for more density

What characteristics did this man have... Fine hair and high density and laxity...

Only reason I ask is as you can imagine for guys looking into procedures we can look at photos until we are blue in the face but it would be great to get some additional statistics to the types of hair each person achieved with the photo results. It may give us all a better insight into possible expectations one might have that has similar characteristics

This patient did have fine hair, but he was blessed with good donor density, which allowed us to transplant 40-50 FU/cm2. The advantage that patients such as this one with blond hair have is they can get by with less hairs transplanted per cm2 because they do not have as much contrast between their hair and scalp and it will give them the appearence of more density than patients with darker hair. Those patients with darker hair will need more hairs transplanted per cu2 to give them the same type of results.
