Question about Baldness in young men....then getting old
So I went bald around 21 years of age. Could have been any number of reasons. The important thing is....I always wondered what hair transplant would do for me.
I've since gotten older, little fatter am a father etc....and have grown into my baldness....at least in my eyes.
I still think of myself as having hair here and there.....like walking around and I'll think of me having hair. It's just a subconscience thing. I hated being bald so young. I felt people looked at me weird.
So I have the money to get a transplant done now, but it's a huge thing. There's no looking back as far as I know. Here's my concern:
My dentist was bald before I met him. My mother when I was in my teen years brought me to him and I never knew he had a transplant done. He was always so energetic and confident. So fastforward to 2015 or so and at my mom's funeral the dentist shows up with some of his female dental workers. But instead of having a nice haircut, he had just shaved it almost all the way. Like the army.
I thought that was weird.
Is there any reason or reasons why later on when you get to be much older that a transplant isn't the right answer?
Thanks in advance.
