Dutasteride and urination issues
Hi all,
I’ve been on dut for almost 6 years. This problem has persisted for the majority of that time, but I wanted to share this now as curiosity has finally gotten the better of me.
Is it normal, or has anyone else experience urination issues on Dut?
I find myself going to the toilet only to need to go again as soon as I leave the bathroom - almost like I couldn’t expel all of the urine.
Secondly, and regularly (more so at night) I find my self have to force hard to expel all the remnants of my bladder. The flow will stop, but I know I can push harder to draw more out, and if I don’t, then I’ll only need to use the toilet again a few minutes later.
Any similar experiences?
Is this something to be worried about?
Many thanks

Always feels like the flow is being blocked. Leading to a constant pressure that feels like I need to pee.

No one has any similar experiences? Or can shed any light on this matter?

Not sure I remember the period of time necessary to accrue in order to type the most passive of forum responses “bump”

Sometimes I feel that way. I just started it as well.

Thanks for responding!
How long have you been on it?
What exactly are you experiencing?

I've been on it for almost one hundred and ten days so far. It really has done
a lot for my hair regrowth. It's hard to believe.
It doesn't stop shedding though. I was off of my topical Progesterone (for hair loss only, and for my scalp), for about two months. Had a major shed. Once I got back on that, my shedding completely stopped.
There is lot's of regrowth. That said, the hair loss these days is in my vertex.
What really surprised me was the temple hair regrowth. I'm getting more hair
regrowth on my hairline than my vertex.
