Does Prp treatment really work?

Hi,

I am considering doing PRP hair treatments. Im 23 years old and a Norwood 3 balding. I do not think I need a hair transplant yet, but I would like to try holding onto the hair I have left. I am currently using minoxidil liquid, nizoral, and biotin. I do not want to take finasteride or any other dht blocker that may causes sexual side effects. Did anyone ever try PRP WITHOUT taking finasteride with it and did it actually slow down or regrow new hair?
