Question after 5 weeks of HT

HI Friends,

I had a HT about 5 weeks ago. I was NW5; had a HT last year in Turkey where the Dr only covered the front part and asked me to come back in a year. I didn't go back; instead went to India and went to another Dr with good reviews that I came across in the internet. I am quite satisfied with the efforts that he put in and covered the remainder of available spots. Hope this will solve the problem for now; at least till the stem cell HT is available readily.

I have two questions:
1. In the recipient area, I see some very small hair (graft size) along with a lot a grown hair. I did not shed a lot yet; may be 20-30% only after 5 weeks. Small hairs are hard; so not new hairs grown already. I am not sure why they are not growing. Is it possible that the implanted graft did not work out? Would they still stuck inside skin for all these time? As far I can see my scalp have fully healed. I tried to search the internet to see what happens to unsuccessful grafts; does the scalp rejects them quickly or stay in place for a while; anyone knows please?
2. As I said I am 5 weeks post HT; can I use Castor oil mixed with Coconut oil? I am using some kind of spray where the ingredients are minoxidil & finasteride. I only use it once a day. Dont really want to use these chemicals for the rest of my life, may be only next 6 months, hence want to bring natural oil remedies with essential oils such as rosemary, saw palmetto oil etc. which I read in the internet to be alternative to the chemicals with side effects. Please advise with castor oil, coconut oil mixtures; if okay to use now?

dont get yourself worked up and worrying about things just yet... try to let the next 4-5 months pass... rest properly... and follow the direction of your surgeon
