I might have, I am not sure.
I recommend you use it once a week or twice a week at the start. It can dry out the scalp/hair. Also it makes hair "flatter". So don't wash twice with it in a row.
Twice a week is fine in my opinion. But only if you are sure your scalp can handle it.
I leave Dr. Lees shampoo in my hair for as long as possible.
