Does this look like a clear recession to you? I have been living rough these past few years do you think this might just be a question of proper nutrition or has it reached a point far more serious than that?

Your hair looks great.

I’d say it’s a maturing hairline which is different to balding. Even men that don’t suffer from balding will experience a maturing hairline after puberty into early-mid 20s. Just take some pics to compare if you like but I’d say you’re fine.
