    Losing the hiarloss War. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

The current status of my hair is not looking good. Finasteride sure has helped slow down the balding process, but one side of head appears to be non responsive to minoxidil and finasteride when it comes to regrowth. I am currently using both medicines. The notorious horseshoe pattern is becoming visible and I am experiencing thinning all over the top of my scalp. It seems like dht is affecting the left side of my scalp more than the right side and I do not know what to do.

I have been using minoxidil since I was 24 and I added finasteride in January of 2018. I just don't know what else I can do other than accepting my fate of horseshoe status.
I am seeking advice on what other things I can add to minoxidil and finasteride. My hairloss is accelerating and I may not have anymore hair by the time I am 40 even while using minoxidil and finasteride.I want to act fast while I still have some hair in these stubborn thinning areas.

Please someone help!!!! Is there anything else I can do to keep what I have before I reach my 40's? I am currently 30. I am attaching a picture of the battlefield that is my scalp, and balding is winning!!!

Try dermarolling. Lots of info on here and the web and about 80% of people get results.
