Unfortunately there are so many of these type of setups in the UK. Their usual MO is they'll get a booking and then fly in some random Dr from abroad who you'll know nothing about/never spoken to before (doubt the 'clinic' themselves have truly detailed info on him/her either) and most likely you'll never see or talk to the Dr again once you are out the door.
