Does DHT Gel For Testicles Go Systemic And Increase Blood DHT Or Is It Localised?
So after taking dutasteride my hair has improved, but my erection quality has worsened due to low blood DHT. It is not full no ED, but shitty erection instead.
I heard DHT cream like andractim on testes is a solution to improve localised DHT in genitals for sexual function.
But the big question here is - will it increase DHT in my blood or will it be localised? Maybe it will mostly be localised and increase blood DHT only slightly?
If I can get DHT to work in balls and not on scalp, then this is the solution to my problem.
No guesses, but only answers which you can prove by studies or some stuff.

I'd like to hear more about this. I'm leaving a comment to read the replies.

Bumping, because this is an actual issue.

The use of DHT gel will facilitate DHT to be absorbed through the skin and dissolved into the blood, thereby increasing the level of DHT in the blood. However, this effect is local, only occurring in the skin area jet rush where DHT gel is applied, and not a systemic effect.
