A year ago I began to grow my hair out long. After a few months I began to realize portions of my hair were getting very long and other portions were getting very thin. After nine months of growing my hair out I decided to try the Bosley 30 day Revive Starter kit. This product helped thickening my hair a small amount but not to where I desired. I began to research hair transplant procedures as a possible solution for me. Initially I researched Bosley because they are the big name brand that most people think of when they hear hair transplant. After researching this for 3-4 months I determined that the best option for me was to get a transplant. The thought of getting a transplant scared me more than anything. I began to research the best hair transplant specialist in the world. I figured if I was going to spend the money and have the process done why not do it with the best. I decided to use Dr. Ken Anderson from Atlanta. Dr. Anderson is one of the world top 5 specialist in hair.

My initial consultation was great. They explained the processes and helped me determine the best options for me to get my ideal goals. Dr. Anderson recommended that I began Minoxidil (Rogaine), Laser Therapy cap, and hair transplant. I began using Minoxidil after our consultation. We went ahead and scheduled my hair transplant for the following Friday.

Finally, the day was here. Time to get my hair implant! My appointment was at 11 o’clock in Atlanta Friday September 27th. I was nervous on the drive there but soon came to the realization that I was doing something to better myself and help with my confidence. Dr. Anderson was great on the day of the surgery. He explained everything he did and was constantly asking if I had any questions. We discussed skateboarding, football and plenty of other subjects. I was in the center until about 8:30pm.

Maybe wait until you see if it was actually successful...you can't tell anything after 5 days.

Thanks for taking the time to review your experiences at our center! You were a fantastic patient and I'm looking forward to seeing you in about a year with your new hair! We'll be checking in on you over the next year every few months by telephone just to make sure things are going smoothly and to answer any questions, and then we'll be asking you to return to us in about a year when the hair has grown in. In the meantime, feel free to call or visit anytime!
