considering shaving my head?
Im 21 and my hair is thinning and im loosing my hair and it looks awkward, and now im considering shaving my head. Im wondering when my hair grows back will i be in a worse off condition than what i started in? Also, when im bald can treating my hair loss be more effective if i were to use rogaine or maybe even nioxin?

Shaving your head won't make your hairloss any worse, if that's what you mean. It would still be worth using treatments (especially propecia) even if just to keep stubble, and of course it's worthwhile fighting to keep your hair should you choose to grow it out again.

is it possible that using rogaine will be more effective when I'm bald?

Once your hair loss progresses to a stage where you are completely bald, Rogaine will unfortunately not be able to grow hair. What Rogaine is effective at is delaying the loss of existing hair, which is why it tends to work much better on those who are early on in the stages of hair loss with thinning hair, rather than those who are completely bald.
