Default Best FUE clinics in the UK?

I'm looking for a small transplant in the UK but struggling to work out who the reputable ones are. Are there certain surgeons in the UK I should be looking at and ones that I should absolutely be avoiding?

I'm open to travelling to a different country but I have no idea minus erdrogan who is reputable enough to go to.

Dr Reddy of The Private clinic or Dr Ball of the Maitland clinic. Wouldn't really bother with anyone else in the UK to be honest.

I have looked into both of those. Reddy's results look great but to even get a consultation with him is a 3 month wait. I've also contacted the Dr Balls Maitland clinic but have yet to get a response yet. Is anybody else reputable in the UK I could try?

In terms of work I'm basically looking to add some density to my crown only, I'd say a max of 1000 grafts, probably 600-ish needed. I've been on propecia for a year and half so far.

I recommend looking at IAHRS surgeons in the UK as a starting point. I represent The Harley St Hair Clinic in the UK and had my last surgery with them - Read about it here if you like.

Consult all UK IAHRS associated clinics and get educated and informed on your opinions.

Great thanks for the response. I do have one question you might be able to give a answer to considering how much experience you have regarding transplants. What is the likelihood of any of these places being willing to do a transplant? I'm 27, almost 28. I've been on propecia for a year and half and my hair loss is stable. The first signs I had something going on in the crown was 21/22 but it's been a pretty slow process, certainly nothing aggressive, even now I'd say it's not bad at all, I still have hair coverage, it's not bald, it's just thinner than the surrounding hair which is why I'm estimating I likely won't need more than 1000 grafts, probably more like 600-ish. My father is 57 and had zero hair loss and so does virtually everyone that said of the family, my mothers father lost his hair however. Overall my hair is normal, it's just that thinner crown that I want to fix. A trichologist checked my donor hair a couple of years back and said it was pretty good.

    Hi,
Likely but consult in person and get a feel for the proposed plan.
Let us know how you get on.
