Minoxidil chest pain
Hi everyone,
I've been on liquid minoxidil for around 3 months now (1.5ml per night) after having to stop oral minoxidil because of chest pain. I went on symptom free with topical minoxidil since then, but have had a recent flare up with chest pain again. I've had an ECG and was given the all clear by the doctor.
My question is, should I just stop applying minoxidil completely (since it seems it doesn't agree with me) or just lower the dosage? I plan on going off it until the chest pains go away, then slowly reintroducing it from there (0.5ml every second day and building up).
Thanks!

I stopped applying minoxidil foam after a single application for pretty much the same reasons. I remember my heart racing and having some chest pain. I did not like the idea of having to apply it daily, twice and dealing with the sides. Id start/stay on Finasteride or DUT as its the most effective treatment in battling MPB.
