Pars, it's possible that you are experiencing traction alopecia and, if so, the condition should be reversible as long as the combing was not done over a prolonged period of time. If this is the case, you should see regrowth within several months. However, you may also want to consult with a physician to see if the hair loss could in fact be the beginning of MPB, in which case, you may want to begin treatment to maintain your existing hair.
