I have MPB on the top of my head (norwood 3) and recently started to cut my hair very short on the sides. I noticed that I have bald spots on my sides, is this normal for MPB or something completely different? I have included a picture. I am also unsure which type of doctor I should go see.
You don't look like a NW3, but that's beside the point Looks like potential alopecia areata, at least on a mild level.
