Bald forever, or just a phase?

Been to two different doctors who both said given my age of 27, my thinning hair would grow back. However, every day i see hairs being stuck to my hats. I see my hair on my shirt collar. When i run my hand through my hair, at least one-four strands of hair are inbetween my fingers.

Noticed my hair thinning around January of 2018. Its been falling out gradually for about a year and half now but not in clumps. I have noticed some hair growth near the very front of my hairline. However, my scalp appears to be shiny in the areas where the hair loss is most noticeable.

The hair loss started on the top left side of my head and has spread to the back centre and sides. Ive tried to do independent research, seeing as how the doctors ive been to have said my hair would come back but hasnt, and so far i still dont know if my hair loss is permanent, stress related, hormone related, or because of some other illness.

My hair hasnt been following the “m” receding patterns, Nor has clumps fallen out at a single time. If i had to estimate, i see about 10-18 strands fall out per day...although that number is dropping as the number of hairs i have decreases.

Some things i have noticed in my hair is that its very hard, with no bouncyness to it and when my hair falls out, i sometimes see a white seed looking object on the end of the hair(which im guessing is the follicle).
