    Hi all,

I started noticing that my hair is thinning in 2017 and I started Rogaine immediately. Two years later I feel rogaine has done a excellent job. I just realized that I am actually diffuse thinning ( all over the scalp). I also just learned about Telogen effluvium. I wanted to ask is my hair loss MPB or Telogen? Also for my hair maintenance I do the following:

1)Rogaine: Twice everyday except for the days I use my dermaroller

    2) Dermaroller: 0.5 needles twice a week

    3) topical application of a saw palmetto, vitamin E and beta sitosterol mix: once a week

I will also start taking saw palmetto internally as well soon.

Is there anything else I can add?

    Also I am 22 btw.

    Thanks

Still looks pretty good. I had the same pattern and it hit hard at 24. Looks like MPB and the only other thing i would do is get on propecia.

Thanks for the reply & I would have started propecia but I am scared of the side effects. Also since you said you have a similar pattern how is your hair now?

I have a tuft in the front and some recession on the sides and back but can cover it pretty good with hairspray.
