A HT is not the cure all!

Got a HT back in 2014. It went very well and I’m extremely happy with my results. BUT, I’ve also had to stay on minoxidil, consume enough daily protein to keep my hair growing, and I’m on a daily vitamin intake of 5 or 6 pills to help with growth. A HT alone did not work for me. But a HT, minoxidil, high protein intake, and daily vitamins have worked like a champ.
