Things i do that i should avoid?

Hi guys new member here. I started losing hair when i was 20 and hopped on avodart when i was 22 but stopped. im trying to keep my hair aslong as possible naturally. I was wondering if running (20-30k) a week would accelerate hairloss? i also have a high protein, high fat, low carb diet and was wondering which macro intake doet is ideal for hairloss? Thankyou

Running does not effect hair loss and unless your diet is terrible that won't affect it either.

Ok thanks because i noticed alot of bald runners and i stopped running because i receeded a bit but i go through a recession every now and then as its slowly taking everything. how does running effect testosterone? i heard long distance lowers it but does that mean more is converted to DHT? How does running effect hormones in general?

This article might help some. They are always discovering new things with relationship to hormones and exercise but have never seen anything that implied running caused hair loss.
