switched to dutasteride after 20 years of finasteride, do these side effects fade?

I never suffered any side effects from finasteride. I am now experiencing drastic loss of libido and I can't even finish the job. Hoping this will fade or at least go away if I switch back. Not finding reassuring discussion in the abstracts of double blind trials, actually seeing some of the opposite: the effects may be permanent. Please chime in guys
