Really upset and worried about this. Is this thinning or a cowlick?

Do you have any before pictures. We have nothing to compare to.
First picture looks like some thinning but maybe it has always been like to that?

Sadly no before pictures. i had never looked at my scalp before two days ago. My hairline is fine, i'm just super worried about my crown
