Norwood 4 at 19!!!!!

Hello, I am currently 19, going on 20 and I’m already experiencing major hair loss. Obviously this is very discouraging and really makes me upset. My dad did begin losing his hair at around 23. Is there any hope whatsoever in regrowing my hairline or is this the end? Thank you in advance
