Yellow color spots in my skin/ 4 month post-op

Hello everyone,

Now I'm 4 month post-op I did it in turkey.
I noticed there is yellowish in my transplanted area, what should I do?! is it Infection? can I use Betadine solution?

And what about the results? is it look good?
