food which helps to reduce dht and hairloss

hi evrybudy. im 24 and have been suffering hairloss from age of 19. im frm india. i had treatment frm many doctors frm india, but didnt help. they all prescribed shampoos like containing ketocozine, and pills stopping fungal infections. i tried many treatments like ayurved and homeopathy too besides alopathy. but i dont like these strong shampoos and medicines, so i went naturally on amla soaps for hair wash and started cod liver oil pills. these helped a little bit.
plz provide me info on what should i eat for healthy hair and to reduce dht and hair loss. any advice and help is appreciated
