Finisteride after Hair transplant.

Hi all.

I'm after opinions on finasteride and if anyone has has any issues.

I had a hair transplant 5 weeks ago and have been advised to take finisteride for 8 months minimum. Personally, I wanted to steer clear of drugs but have been taking it for a month.

My doctor has said he would probably avoid the drug and someone else pointed me towards a couple of forums that highlight PFS (Post Finasteride Syndrome) and also stated that over the last half decade there are more worries about the drug.

Does anyone have any experience or advice?
