    Age 19. Abrupt hairloss

Hey guys, about 3 months ago I came off of a diet that resulted in me losing 20lbs in about 5 weeks. I had very noticeable hair shedding during and shortly after the diet and now the shedding seems to have stopped and returned to normal shedding rate. During this shedding, hair across the entirely of my head thinned very noticeably to me and even felt different when sliding my hand through. Although I never payed attention to my hairline before this it seems to have either not have receded at all, or ever so slightly with still very thin hairs around the edge and throughout the whole scalp. While the crown is also thin in appearance it seems to be almost in a patchy fashion rather than a consistent thinning. Sides of hair also slightly thinner but not even noticeable. I am not sure what type of hairloss it is, and dont really care if it is mpb, but it just seems odd in the way it looks and genetically nobody is bald in my family except 1 uncle. Even both grandfathers and full heads of hair. Although the hair shedding seemed to have returned to a normal rate as of about 3 weeks ago, the hair seems to be in the same thin state. Have attached pictures and can provide more if need be. Thank you
