28 y/o med student...would really like to know if it's happening...

Hey guys, first time poster. I came across this forum via a quick google search. I'm a 28 year old male, currently in medical school and i don't have a history of male pattern baldness in my family.

I've read that stress can cause hair loss but i'm starting to get a bit concerned.

I'm not sure if you can tell by pictures but this is my current situation (i noticed this after getting a really short haircut). So the question is, am i balding? Should i go to a doctor about this?
