27 years old searching for advice
Hi everyone I'm Ambrose and I started losing my hear a week ago. I need to start from my occupation. I'm a writer for a coursework writing service and recently we received a very, very big amount of orders and not so long ago 50% of my colleagues left the company. I started working nonstop and was able to let myself sleep for only 4-5 hours a day. Been working in this rhythm for the past month and it's terrible. I feel like shit sorry for the word, but I can't describe it any better.. So a week ago I started constantly losing my head hair due to this damn big stress. My question was how do you guys think will it be enough to just relax and get myself enough of rest and sleep eat well and stuff? Will my hair stop falling down or do I have to ask a specialist and undergo a course of therapies or something like that? Thanks for your attention and please let me know your thoughts in the comments below. And be careful with your nerves it's literally all you have. Cheers!
