Wanted advice on a good haircut style

I am around at the stage in between norwood 3-4, I am 20 years and old only started to bald last July 10 months ago. I started using finasteride 6-7 weeks ago and it has continued to progress so I am thinking of dutasteride as an option.

For now I realize my old haircut may need to be changed to something new I was thinking of just shaving with a No.3 or 4 guard. My only concern is that being bald or having a short haircut looks best if you are a little muscular, and I have become extremely weak and small muscles in the past months from illness I have.

    Any advice would be appreciated!

Dude! Your hair looks AMAZING and I see no reason based on these photos to switch up your hairstyle. And I really don't think you're a Norwood 3-4. Your hairline is a tad high and linear, but the hair at the edge of the hairline seems rather dense. I definitely don't look at those pictures and think "Man, would he just throw in the towel and shave his head already?" - which is definitely something I see quite a bit.

I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. My opinions/comments are my own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Dr. Mohebi and his staff.

I think that your hair is amazing. I don't see the reason behind your stress. You need to understand that some of us have no hair at all. Put in prospect also that you can be bald and have a back full of hair that looks disgusting and it is not much you can do about it. I found this blog helpful to understand how I can get rid of the bush that I have behind me. There is a back shaver that apparently works smoothly and I will try it soon. This is for you to understand how annoying it can be to not have hair in the right areas.

I think your hair looks good enough. I don't know if you've had any exams to check the health of your hair.

If not, there are a lot of them on the internet. I sent a sample of my hair to https://www.hairknowhow.com/ 7 months ago for a checkup. They were very detailed about the health of my hair, hair care, but the most exciting point for me was about the hairstyles suitable for my hair type. If you do decide to change your hair, they will help you to do it more intelligently.

For now you only need to eat well and don't take this seriously. It looks amazing!

Like the other posters I think your hair looks good. But if you want a change I recommend a crewcut. Started rocking one a few years ago and I think it looks great. Short on the sides and longer on top. I like an inch on top and a 2 on the sides

As someone who was Norwood 4 and had a hair transplant from Dr. Ekrem Keskin, I can safely say that you’re nowhere near even Norwood 3! Style your hair however you like, brother. No doubt that you’ll look dashing!
