It's a matter of preference, and some guys pull it off better than others...generally speaking though, if someone is good looking, they'll stay good looking with or without hair. Whether they'll lose any points on the attractiveness scale depends on a few things, but losing one's hair and shaving your head won't make you go from stud to ghoul. It's not really rocket science.
