Treatment in Turkey

Hello everyone! I have been reading a lot lately about the treatments in Turkey and that they are much cheaper than in other countries because their government covers hair surgeries. Have you ever heard of them? I'm thinking about that because in Barcelona there's a clinic where you get the pre-treatment and the post-surgery treatment and you only go to Turkey for the surgery. What do you guys think?
