Am I going bald? Im on Accutane

Hello wanted opions. My hair falls out and feels thin. However crown has looked like this for a long time. Im Accutane.

My question is does it look the start of something. How many hairs is normal? like I lose about 30-40 when showering & brushing.

I applied oil and brushed forward for the photo.
