My Story Diffusing Hair 20M

Im a 20 year old male whos been experiencing thinning hair for the past 2/3 years. The past 6/8 months have been a lot worse and so i decided to start fin & min about 2 months ago. Ive been to the doctors and they tested for iron, ferritin & thyroid, all came back fine. Im currently taking Iron, B12, Biotin and omega 3. My hair has got worse and worse after starting fin, my scalp is now very easy to see, my friends have even asked why my hair is so thin. I feel like its dying rapidly, im trying to convince myself its just the shedding phase but im also reading how diffuse thinners shouldnt take fin so dont know what to do. Its really impacting my mental health, its literally ALL i think about 24/7. What should i do? please help. These pictures were taken over 3/4 months
