Default FUE grafts.... how does doc know how many during procedure ?

In other words, how does the surgeon count these... does the transplant device have a digital counter...or they just manually write the count as they go...or ?

I ask as I wonder if one pays for 2500 grafts how does one know they really got 2500 grafts ? Of course the concern should be really about the end results and not the precise number of grafts but it would help to know if comparing "price per graft" among various provider choices, how accurate the counts are.

For example if doc A was 6 bucks each for 2000 grafts.... doc B, 8 bucks each for 2000. If doc A actually did only 1500 (but his bill still reflected 2000 count) and doc B did all 2000, the "real" prices are the same with both A and B.

I suspect the answer is unless one can count each "ouch" on one's head in one's head as the procedure goes forward one has to just trust the doc....but still I am curious

If you choose a respected IAHRS surgeon you'll really not need worry as they generally are very honest and ethical and likely to give you more than you pay for. Try not worry too much about it in my opinion as a class act world leading surgeon is really not going to be interested in doing you out of a few 100 FU. A cheap pop up shop clinic who advertises on FB and instagram however will and thats what they are all about so do your due diligence and choose a surgeon with a tried and tested track record.

Right...but i'm still simply curious how the surgeon keeps up with the number of grafts.
