Default What type of balding could this be?

Hey guys, hoping someone can help me identify what form of balding this is or if it's even balding. It is occurring asymmetrically and in an area that I don't think is associated with mpb.

P1 is my normalish side. P2/3 is the off side in two lightings.

Looks like classic mpb. Looks agressive as your almost nw3....now would be the time to start treatments if you want to keep it.
