Losing hair or cowlick? Please offer advice :(

Hello. Iv become so worried over the past couple of months about my hair. Is this me losing hair or is it a cowlick? I really want to know what the next steps I should take are. If been to the doctors and they said I have dermatitis, however only mild. I asked if they thought I should be referred to the dermatologist but they said no. I’m wondering whether to go private and get this checked out.
Please offer advice as it will cost a lot of money

You have unbelievably thick hair on your crown, it’s just your natural cowlick or parting of the hair if you will.
