Default Hairtransplant & Cowlic as a result

I had a hair transplant one year and three months ago. My entire life I've has pretty much stick straight hair, and now after the surgery, the front of my hair is coming in very wavy and there's a horrible cowlic on one part.

Has anyone experienced this? what could have caused this? Will it repair to being straight in time?

    Appreciate anyone's help. Thank you.
