still a teenager and obsession over my hairline dominates my thoughts day in day out

I'm pretty sure I have BDD. I'm 19, about to turn 20, and my hair has been stable for the past 2-3 years as far as I can tell. Here's what it looks like now:

I don't know what norwood I am, nor do I really care, all I know is that it looks ugly when slicked back or the temples are exposed because of my concave forehead.

I went on fin for around six months and it basically destroyed my erectile health and libido, been off for five months and I'm still only 60-70% healed I'd say.

Right now I'm just using minoxidil and dermarolling, not expecting miracles, but then again, like I said things haven't really changed much over the past few years. I started catching some flak from my mates when I cut it short last year, that's what made me realize that having my pattern wasn't just my cowlick as I had told myself for a long time.

Anyway, just posting here to decompress a little. Gonna see a dermo and get a legit hair test to see what my prospects are. My genes more or less suck, maternal gpa was slick bald by early 30s, same for my dad. Uncles have hair though on both sides, so maybe there's a chance I lucked out with a mature hairline.

Feels like shit to be not even 20, falling in love with a girl, and living in constant fear that a massive shed will strike and she'll lose interest. That's really the only thing stopping me from shaving it all off for catharsis.
