    Unhappy Help please. Balding very bad and getting worse “

    Hi everyone. A few months ago I posted that I noticed thinning on the crown. Since then it’s severely accelerated. After seeing a dermatologist they just recommended nizoral shampoo which I’ve been on with no progress. Please help. Should I start on the big three sooner than later? Is it to late? I am 21.
