Weird side effect from Morr F 5? (Topical Fin and Minoxidil)

I started applying Morr F 5 to my soup can looking skull about 2 weeks ago and had no side effects (at least what i think was a side effect) until just the other day. I woke up about 4 hours into my sleep and my chest didn't feel tight but kind of numb/light. Hard to explain the feeling but anyways, after i woke up and felt like that i randomly had a panic attack shortly after. At least i think that's what it was. I was monitoring my heart rate and watched it double within seconds and my whole body felt like when you get an adrenaline rush, that weird nervous pulse through your body. I did take an SSRI that same day but i don't know why that would cause that so i assumed it was this other foreign substance i put in my body. Has anyone else had this experience with it? Is it even possible that Morr F caused that? I need this shit to work bad lol. Not only can i not grow a beard, my head is not shaped well for baldness.
