Has anyone had personal positive experience with saw palmetto? If so, did the results last over time?

For clarification, do you mean taking it as a supplement orally or do you ask about products (shampoos etc.) that contain saw palmetto for topical application?

Only used it in shampoo (with good experience). Looking at the fact that it's a DHT Blocker it will only work as long as you use it, no matter if taken orally or applied topical.

I used it and I didn't think it worked, But when i stopped my hair started to go fast. So it might have slowed it down. I'm just scared a bit by effects. Can't be like finasteride (i hope) but still not sure if its harmful or not. I'm trying topical finasteride soon combined with saw palmetto and PRP. Hope that helps, but probably not enough to have a nice head of hair. If it doesn't work i'll go for a buzzcut for a while and then decide if a hairtransplant is an option if i can't get used to it. Hope you find something that works for you bro!

Even I was searching for the same answer. I think I got the answer. The format of rufus sewell is USB, flash card and virtual drives to FAT/FAT32/NTFS/UDF/exFAT/ReFS/ext2/ext3. It creates DOS bootable USB drives, using FreeDOS or MS-DOS(windows 8.1 or earlier).
