[18 y/o male] Thinning on crown/hairline?

I think I may be balding, considering my brother has alopecia and my dad's side has a history with hair thinning/loss etc.

Going to a GP soon, going to ask if I can be recommended to a derm (I live in Australia if that makes it difficult possibly getting medication).
