FUT Hair Transplant Without Sedation

Hello,
Can FUT transplant be performed without sedation (local anesthetic only)?

-I Would like to hear from people who have done this, (patients and/or doctors).

-If not possible, I would like to hear explanations as to why.

Absolutely, I perform many FUT procedures with local anesthesia and no sedation. I am unsure why anyone would need sedation for a hair restoration surgery. Below is a video of my FUT and FUE process showing the local anesthesia.
