I am only 19 , am I balding

Hello friends, I am new in the site. Last autumn I realise some hair loss (40-50 hairs per wash ) (2 times a week ) but not any hairs in my bed or something else..I was concerned and I start to take skin nails and hair of solgar .. I think but I m not pretty sure that I have a recession in the left side..The good news is that there are small hairs in this spot but they are growing only a bit these 5 months..My hai also are fatty..Maybe this is the problem..The question is am I balding or receding and if these small hairs will regrow or not and when ?

You would really need to see a hair loss specialist who could do a folliscope exam to determine whether you have miniaturization related to hair loss and how extensive it is.
