Am I going bald or something else

So this seems to be quite acute I only began to notice when randomly a patch on my natural front part became extremely thin, what do you guys think?

I don't seem to have any hairline recession and don't know of anyone in my family (but not very close) who is or has gone bald. 27 y/o male
