I would say definitely not. If you're losing hair rapidly you should wait until you have progressed completely. Otherwise you will always be playing catch up.

I would have to agree with Delphi. Rapid hair loss is a very difficult situation that needs time either to resolve itself or to be treated with medication. A hair transplant should not be considered during this time.
