    Default Hair whorl/cowlick or start of thinning crown?

    Im 19 & about a week or two ago I noticed this spot of the back of my head. Ive been constantly obsessing over it wondering if its the start of balding/thinning. The spot is sensitive to the touch as I've constantly inspecting and touching it since I discovered it. Just wondering what other people think it is. Additionally my from hairline hasn't moved much as at all (identical to pics from 3 years ago.)
