Im 20 yrs old and 5th yr accounting student and i also have a major knee injury for the last 2 years now i have a spot on my head so i am bssically fraustrated everyday

That's a natural whorl in your crown (that everyone has) and most likely you're hyperaware of it now due to the stress you're under. I don't believe you have anything at all to worry about. Best of luck with your knee (and your studies!) and make sure you're taking necessary step to manage your stress while all of this is going on.

Based on your photo it doesnt look like you are experiencing hair loss. Its more likely due to the direction of growth of your follicles. If you still are concerned I would recommend seeing a reputable hair restoration surgeon.
